- I have a USR14.4i modem. Problem!!! After buying a printer (Canon
- BJC-4000) my modem won't set properly. Using winsock i see something
- like this:
- atz
- ( sometimes a blank)
- at
- j or
-
- at
- h etc.
-
-
- What's wierd is if I unplug the printer in the back of the computer
- and cold start it, the modem will work with no problem, having not
- changed any port settings or such. Also, maybe related is: If I close
- winsock and then open it up again and try to dial out, I get the same
- messages in the winsock screen.
- If I plug the printer in after starting winsock I have no problem.
- Modem is in comm2 Printer is in LPT-1
- Anyone out there have this bug?
- Anyone know what the conflict is?
- Anyone have a cure?
- Thanks in advance :)
